WHEN YOU NEED US...
WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.
WE APPRECIATE OUR STAFF – THEY ARE WORKING HARD
TO PROTECT AND HELP THEIR PATIENTS!
During this health crisis, Hospice of Texarkana has continued to care for our patients and to admit new ones. Our nurses and aides are avoiding the office and working from home. They start each day by taking their temperature and answering questions about potential exposure. These professionals are consistently seeing the same patients. Our offices have established curbside pick-up for supplies and are limiting visitors at the Care Center. We are well-positioned with the tools, technology and practices in place to continue to work responsively and steadily during this time.
CAN WE HELP YOU?
While the majority of hospice care is provided in private homes and long-term care facilities, there are times when hospice patients may need short-term medical care for symptom management -- like being in an ICU. Once the patient is stable, they will return to their home/facility home.
The Hospice of Texarkana Care Center is the only one of its kind within a 75 mile radius.
The state-of-the-art, 12-bed inpatient facility is designed to meet the needs of patients,
as well as those of visiting family members and friends.
The Care Center is open to patients at 2407 Galleria Oaks Dr., Texarkana, TX

“There is the place of warm smiles that comfort, words that catch the falling tears, hands that gently soothe your heart,
enough to leave their print, and hearts that love.
A place that will be there for you and your family in the darkest hour of our lives. A place that you can call family.
A place that will pray with you and for you, when needed. A place that truly shows Christ Jesus is real.
A place that out ranks any of its kind for miles and miles. A place that I would recommend over and over again.
Hospice of Texarkana went every step with us and beyond. Mom had only been a patient for about a month and they made her feel like royalty. Our family and friends still talk about what they did for us. I thank God for putting this wonderful place in our path.
A year and a half has gone by, but we still remember.
Thank you and we pray blessings over this place. Hospice of Texarkana is a light for the darkest of hour.”
